    You can redeem points in increments of $5, $10, and $20, with each amount limited to one redemption per day, for a maximum of $35 per day.

    Your bill credit is applied automatically and should reflect on your Metro by T-Mobile account within an hour. If you don't see the update right away, try refreshing your MyMetro app or checking the Metro website.

  • To redeem points, your Metro by T-Mobile account must be active. If your account is suspended, you'll need to reactivate it first.

    If you're using an Autopay discount, be sure to redeem your credits at least 5 days before your due date to avoid losing the discount for that billing cycle.

  • Yes! Once your number is successfully ported, it should be recognized as a Metro number.

    You can then download the Ad It Up app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and start using it.

  • Guest Mode allows you to try Ad It Up, earn points, and explore rewards without signing up. However, to redeem points, you must verify your email and phone number.

    ⚠️ Important:

    • Uninstalling the app before registering will permanently erase your progress and points.
    • Phone numbers are tied to one account. If you try to reuse a number, you'll be prompted to log in to your original account—points from Guest Mode won't transfer.
    • If you accidentally create a new guest account, log into your original account immediately via the Profile section.

  • Yes! Each family member can earn points by playing games, but all redemptions are applied at the account level. This means that while multiple people can contribute, the rewards will be used toward the same bill.

  • Yes, redeeming credits within 5 days before your Bill Cycle Date may result in the loss of your $5 AutoPay discount for the current billing period.

    To avoid this, we recommend planning your redemptions accordingly.

  • The maximum amount per redemption is $20. You can choose from the available redemption options in the app, but each amount can only be redeemed once per day.

    For example, if you redeem $5 + $10 + $20, your total daily redemption limit would be $35/day.
